Woohoo! Managed to get some time in before the 1-2 hurricane punch gets here. Did a quick solo over to Titusville (TIX) and back this morning. Sucks getting up at 5:30am. I'm not a morning person at all. Was at the airport at 7:00 and in the air by 7:30. The trip over was pretty easy, a little hazy but I managed to find the airport ok. Only had time for 1 touch and go before I had to head back. It had gotten even hazier and I couldn't see SFB until I was about 8 miles out. And even then I probably wouldn't have recognized it if I didn't already know where it was.

Got an hour on the hobbs and my first solo away from the airport. Course, now the weather is going to shut us down for a while...
